Exceptional Service Experience - super professional - I can't recommend them enough. AnyVisa had top-notch communication and they really 'under promised and over delivered.' My passport was stuck at a Country Consulate that doesn’t see much tourism. When I asked if they could assist me, they didn’t just jump to a yes or no. They clarified that while they had plenty of experience with other nations, they hadn’t dealt with the Consulate where my passport was located and would check it out for me. I truly valued their honesty and the detailed explanation. As it turned out, they managed to assist me with the Consulate and were amazing. On Friday, they mentioned they would attempt to grab my passport on Monday. Instead, they got it on Friday, and I had my passport in hand by Tuesday. After this experience, I’m definitely a lifelong customer.

Update: Boosting my rating, rephrasing the title, and noting that it’s standard for Anyvisa to refile the application at no additional charge when there’s a delay. This really changes things and makes it logical for them to reapply instead of giving a refund. As a customer, I’m now quite pleased. Especially since they genuinely care about the quality of their service.

Original Thoughts: The staff are really friendly, but be careful: their fees kick in as soon as you inquire about getting an appointment. Even if the timing doesn’t work for you, there’s an £80 cancellation fee, which is more than 40% of the total service cost (around £190). That feels a bit excessive. Plus, I was billed the full amount even though the embassy denied my visa (the reason being I applied 7 months ahead of my trip, and they told me to apply closer to the date). I haven’t seen any refunds despite not getting my visa. Next time, I might look for a different visa service.
